Arifi, in an interview for Telegrafi, has said that any eventual movement of the borders should be made on three grounds, and that is: Kosovo's failure to harm, to allow partial division of the Valley in any evental change, and to make any decision in harmony with the attitudes of the European Union (BE) and the United States of America (SHBA).
Arifi has stressed that he does not want to assess whether the time is right now or not for the Valley theme to be included in dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, but that, according to him, it should be analysed what we can get out of the situation.
The first of Presevo has also spoken of what he calls a lack of caring for the two Albanian states in relation to the Presevo Valley, stressing that they are currently left without institutional support from Tirana and Pristina, but with a caution added by the US Embassy and Germany's in Serbia.
Otherwise, Arifi has reaffirmed the fact that the Presevo Valley historically has called for an integral part of Kosovo.
