Trepca's two major problems are not being solved even the Haradinaj government. The recovery of the former metallurgic giant and the combination of two parts north and south is far from realized. Currently Trepca is in serious financial condition, while the managements of the two parts have no communication among themselves, writes Koha Ditore today.
The task leader of Trepca's manager, Miftar Hyseni, shows there is a decline in Trepca production compared to last year. The reason for this, he says, is the lack of a skilled workforce. Hyseni shows that since 2013, in “Three” there have been no new employment, while the main product burden is now carried by the age of employees 62 to 65 years.
According to Hyseni, new employment and investments in “Three” cannot be realised because the company is currently in institutional vacuum.
