It seems that the half president has no ceiling for the damage he can do to Kosovo towards the aid he wants to give Serbia. As he does not shrink back, we must remove the floor from him, both in the Kosovo Assembly and in Shehesh, Republic”, he wrote.

Half president
On June 28th 2013, the European Council decided to open negotiations with Serbia on its EU membership. It was only two days after violent ratification in the Kosovo Assembly of the Thaci-Dacic agreement on April 19th 2013. Serbia is now needing Thaci to pass chapter 35 towards the EU, which marks Serbia's dependence on Kosovo.
It could have left jobs in Kosovo in half: we had half a liberation two decades ago because Mitrovica split and the KLA disarmed; a decade ago we had half independence because neither did São join Mitrovica nor did the army become. This is how it is in Kosovo. Meanwhile, Serbia does not allow it to remain half-way: the Thaci-Dacic agreement requires that it continue with the Thaci-Vucciq agreement.
Therefore, President Thaci is only half president of Kosovo. The other half is president for Serbia (the deeper in Kosovo and the sooner towards the EU). It seems that the half president has no ceiling for the damage he can do to Kosovo towards the aid he wants to give to Serbia. As he does not shrink back, we must remove the floor from him in both the Kosovo Assembly and the Square of the Republic.
