Tahiri rules out the possibility that the AKS statute avoids recognition by the Constitution.
While lawyer Gigan Qorrolli expects the Association of Serbian Communists to have additional competencies.
It says that this association will be the constitutional “quality” for the Kosovo political system.
At the management team's meetings for drafting this association, consisting of 4 Serbs, it is required to have changes to the Kosovo Constitution. But this is rejected by the Government of Kosovo.
