Mitrovica publicist Nedmedin Spahiu last night opened a major controversy over the birthday of hero Adem Yasar, writes Periscopi.
So far, they have not listed numerous comments, and even his grandson became known that Adam Yashhar's real name was Fazli.
However, Adem Yasar's grandson Bekim Jashar has denied that his uncle was born on October 10th, as Nexmerdin Spahiu claims. He believes that Adem Jashar's birthday is November 28th, the historic day for the Albanian nation.
However, the question needs to be asked: Why is Adam Yashhar's birthday so important? The answer is quite simple: It has symbolic significance. In the mind of much of society, it is believed that things are preset and thus injected with the thought that Adam Yasar was destined to become the country's hero.
Imagine that Adam Yasar was born on November 29, or February 17, or July 4th? That, however, meant nothing to his activity.
All the debate as such is in vain, and if his birthday is forged in favor of strengthening the image of Adam Jashar, then the authors must be brought to account.
