Author Ridvan Zykaj has been found in a peripheral area, on the way out of Selenica and has been arrested without resistance, even though the crime weapon, a Kalashnikov, has been found with him.
“As a result of well-organised work, combing territory, numerous and unanticipated checks throughout the night, even through the trace dog, used by DVP Vlora police facilities, Renea, Fns and Delta Forca, it became possible to apprehend crime author Ridvan Zykaj in a peripheral area on the exit of Selenica. The crime weapon, a Kalashnikov, was also seized. The author has been accompanied to DVP Vlora for further actions. The investigative materials will be referred to the Vlora District Prosecutor for Criminal Work” Murder in quality circumstances, against two or more persons”, unsent by Article 79/and of the Penal Code”, the Albanian Police report said.
