With only 21 education inspectors will launch the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) assessment of the teachers' performance in September. For this assessment August says to be in the final phase of the preparations, Koha Ditore writes today.
Adviser in August, Valmir Gashi, has acknowledged that the number of inspectors with whom the assessment is scheduled is small, but, according to him, with the adoption of the Education Inspectorate bill, the inspectors will be added.
The teacher's assessment will be done through questionnaires and it will contain four components.
The number of inspectors is small when we know it's a process that requires more, but the process will start with the current inspectors we have. Preparations for assessing the teachers' performance are in the final phase, and are scheduled to begin at the start of the new school year”, Gashi has said.
