According to the state news agency ENA, an Ethiopian military plane with 17 people on board crashed today as it flew from the eastern city of Dire Dawa to the southeastern town of Bushoftu of Ethiopia.
ENA reported that all passengers on the ET plane- AIU, including several soldiers, lost their lives in the accident that took place in the East Shoa area, which is less than 100km from the capital of Addis Ababa, broadcast Anadolu Agency.
An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the incident.
ENA also said that the plane was burning in the air before it crashed.
