On the 12th,08.2018th, the Pogradec Police Commissioner, has been presented citizen V. F, 37, a resident in Pogradec, who has argued that on the 11th.08.18th, about 1500 p.m., in the 1 Pogradec district, in the public beach area where his family was resting, his wife's daughter was evacuated by the citizen Florentina Meyer, aged 12 in Germany.
