According to Ymer, Chairman Veselin made violations by not putting the parliamentary group's motion to vote at all to discuss the final phase of the dialogue.
He through a post on the social network Facebook has said the PDK parliamentary group's position that it will not support opposition initiatives if it boycotts the vote in the Parliament is meaningless.
Total Ymer Post:
The Speaker of the Parliament, Kadri Veselini today, made many violations, first by failing to put the issue to the polls, second by seeking agreement among parliamentary groups. But even after our agreement, that this issue be put to the polls at the new session, he did not. He again committed two violations, did not allow the proposor's word, nor allowed MPs to decide on the motion.
Today there was clearly interest by MPs to debate the dialogue in the Republic of Kosovo's Assembly. So we agreed with all parliamentary groups at the start of the session. Parliamentary Group of however The PDK changed its mind and the chairman of the Assembly, despite the agreement between the parliamentary groups, did not cast the motion at all. This is a procedure offense.
For more than that, this dialogue and the pointless motive for continuing it without democratic legitimacy from the platform-free Assembly seriously endangers our Republic.
So far this dialogue, since it started in 2012, has changed our political name from the Republic to the census, has empowered and formalised Serbia's political presence in the government's Assembly through the Serbian list, and eventually threatened to turn the constitutional order upside down through the Community of Serb majority municipalities, to formalise the division, deepening the ethnic political identification at the expense of civic justice, at the expense of the integration of people and territory, at the expense of the functioning of the resources and market.
It's extremely important that we argue in the country about dialogue. It is extremely important that this continuation of the dialogue without question, without legitimacy, without serious representation or supervision stop. It is vital for Kosovo that decision-making be returned to the Assembly.
The PDK's GP stance, that since a part of the opposition is boycotting the vote in the Parliament, neither the PDK will vote on opposition initiatives is meaningless. The ruling coalition has responsibilities towards the state, and especially has faced the dialogue which they are continuing. They should carry this responsibility especially in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, where they are accountable to MPs and citizens.
While the opposition's 58 deputies are more than enough to call the extraordinary hearing on the debate. Not for the good of the PSD, but for the interest of Kosovo.
