Today, the awareness campaign against the use of telephones has been carried out, which serves as a next call for drivers to take increased care of driving.
EC Contrary to this, he organized the high school Activism School of High Schools, which has also proved to be a concern for the use of telephones from drivers while driving, violating traffic safety. As a result, the idea of this conscious campaign being carried out by student Clayton Koci for increased care during driving.
This event has been organised in co-operation with KVRL- Gjakova, and the citizens of the town of Gjakova, with which the distribution of tracts containing sensitive messages and accident statistics that have occurred since 2017 in the Gjakova region and throughout Kosovo.
“Based on statistics taken by Kosovo Police notes a decline in accident rates, but the number of people with fatality in traffic continues to be disturbing. A total of 1094 accidents occurred in the Gjakova region during 2017, 11 of them have fatally ended up with 14 people dead, while in January-June 2018, 372 accidents occurred, 4 of them fatally with 4 people dead. As for Kosovo territory during 2017, a total of 17695 accidents have occurred, with 122 of them fatal and resulted in 137 people dead. During this year's January-June period, a total of 7003 accidents have occurred, with 41 of them ending with fatality and 52 people dead”, the E communique said. C Ma different.
This campaign serves as a call for drivers to increase traffic care by not using telephones, by complying with communications rules, by setting up safety belts, and by adjusting speed to signs of cut orders.
Compared to last year, there is a drop in the number of traffic accidents, while the rise in the number of flat ticketing, so this activity also serves as a call to institutions to continue taking concrete steps in increasing security in communications.
