At a media conference after returning from Brussels, Wessel has said that Kosovo citizens have deserved it.
He has thanked all who have contributed to this process, promising that Kosovo will continue its work in strengthening law enforcement and progress in other areas.
Wessel has invited the opposition to enjoy this news too.
We're doing great, very happy. First for citizens. We're the only ones without visas. We deserve it. Citizens deserve it. I thank the president and everyone for the work done, to reach this success”, Vessel said.
The Republic of Kosovo today has received a positive visa recommendation from the European Commission. /Periscopi/
