The DSS, through a communique broadcast by the newspaper “Danas”, has said that “with the Serbian president's statement, Aleksandar Vuciq, where it says that Serbia is not mentioned at Resolution 1244, but the RFJ (the Federative Republic of Yugoslavia), has opened a serious problem, if it comes to a common manipulation with which he tries to justify his capalisation policy, without the responsibility of manship, or diplomatic inadequacy<3x>

The UN Resolution 1244 continues to be in force, a strong guarantee that Kosovo cannot be an independent state. It guarantees Serbia's sovereignty and its territorial integrity, but what does not mention Serbia, but RFJ, is completely insignificant, as Serbia is the legal heir to the former Federation Republic of Yugoslavia, or the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro”, it is said at the DSS statement.
Furthermore, it is said that “Resoluta 1244, which has been taking hold of separatists and their mentors since 2007, today prevents the president of Serbia, who with this clear statement is listed on the side of Kosovo's independence promoters.
