Lawyer Azem Vlasi before the court today confessed the moment of his injuries by suspect Murat Jashari, who is part of the indictment in the case known as the People's Office.
Jashar, one of the defendants of this case, is accused of the attack on lawyer Azem Vlasi, who was wounded in March last year near his residence in Pristina.
Vlase questioned by the prosecutor whether there were threats before the wound occurred, he replied that I have had a chance to see some slip-by with hundreds of questions and the will of Sadri Ramabaya but I have no direct threats to”.
Vlase then confessed to how he had come to the wound.
He called me Ramiz Mavriqi, who recently met him and told me that a pair of beggars asked me if they could give him the number and I told him to answer” because nobody said I would come without knowing what the case was.”, confessed Vlads.
And then I asked him what the matter was and then he told me what your problem was and he told me I asked him what he was doing and then he told me he had a property issue and then I told him that I didn't deal with these subjects and then he told me that Ramiz Mavriqi had to give him a number of colleagues and that all the time he wanted to get in and that I went in and I gave him a letter and that when I came out you had a deaf gun and then I had the instinct to say, he went on.
While Vlase was telling the story in court, accused Murat Yasar accused Vlas that he was lying.
According to Vlases, after the wound had occurred he had received several calls with Russia's prefix.
I found two Russian code calls on the phone from one that comes out like Tatiana and another call from someone else. My state of health, the good news that I have saved with minor consequences, but as I say to you, my life has changed, and I know that no one's caused any harm and I have a large family and I've asked if we caused something to someone and no problem that we've had”, said Vlase.
He expressed concern over his further work after the wound.
I've lost my security, but I have to choose subjects. I have emotional, psychic, physical consequences”, Vlas said.
In his lawyer's questions, Vlase also told about his political activity after the 1990s.
And since 93 I was committed to various cases because foreign ambassadors wanted to have contact with me and the media. Ibrahim Rugova has told me by means of the proposal for recognising Kosovo's citizenship at the time. Then contacts of the various pre-war tribune in 98 when it was seen that the armed resistance was inevitable, established the political office and then Adem Demach called me to be one of the councillors with that office and he talked publicly about it.”, Vlas said.
In addition to Murat Jashar and Bajrush Konjusa, the other indictees of this trial are Avni Llumnica, Ragip Salova, Sadri Ramabaja, Rexhep Toplana, Bajrush Konjusa, Sabit Berisha, Halim Halimi, Bexhet Luzha and Lixhija.
Not only to him but to no one because I've had no power to make decisions.
Have you ever given the tracking organs information for Avni Llumnica? No man ever. (Did Avni Llumnica have any motive for revenge?)
While the accused Llumnica himself asked Vlase whether he was aware he had been part of the protests in Slovenia against Vlas's arrest.
The special prosecution filed charges against them on February 28th.
More than 10 accused men are burdened with criminal acts, beginning revenge, aid, rape, preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, ownership, control or unauthorized possession of arms and revenge.
According to the prosecution, the accused planned the destruction of the fundamental political, constitutional, economic or social structures of the Republic of Kosovo with attacks and murders of the highest state personalities, ranging from former Kosovo officials from 1980 to 1991, viewing them as betrayers of the country, as well as officials from 1999 to 2016. /Kallex/
