The van's driver sentenced for the accident in which a person was killed

Zenel is accused of committing a criminal act of risking public traffic in connection with traffic accident in 2014, where Nezir Xhafa had lost his life.

The case attorney, Sahit Tmava, in his final address has demanded that the Court plead guilty and condemn him according to the law, because, according to him, during the trial, concretely from the accident police reports, expertise and super-expertation of communications and other subject documents has proved his guilt.

Meanwhile, the release of charges against accused Xhemajl Zeneli has sought his protector, lawyer Avdy Dinaj.

Dynaj's lawyer in his final address said that the damage to the rein in the vehicle, which the accused Zenel led, was out of the accused's power and actions.

Dinaj added that in the case of the break-up system of curbing fellow travelers who have opened the door and jumped from the <x0->commert”, among them the late Nezir Xhafa, had done this with self-inciency and according to him without the prosecution's request.

He finally said that the load of wood in the driver's vehicle, even according to the super-expertitis is considered the driver's launch, suggesting that this had no cause connection to the effect.

Lawyer Avdi Dinaj's final word was supported by accused Xhemajl Zenelli.
