“We are ready to assist,” Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has expressed during a call with Greek counterpart Nikos Kotzias.
However, it is not clear whether Athens will accept the offer.
Both countries are divided by a history of rivalry.
In the past, the two states have collaborated in cases of natural ill-fat such as those in 1999, otherwise called earthquake diplomacy.
