Since a considerable time has passed about two months, a date has not yet been set for the trial of this case at the Malisheva court branch.

Already, in addition to Deputy Prime Minister Dardan Gashi, former head of Sqaheraj Sami Lushtaku, and Deputy Prime Minister Limaj's cabinet chief, Andrew Shala, is suspected of unauthorised possession of weapons.

Gjakova's prosecutor has filed charges for allegedly controlling and unauthorized possession of weapons, as well as Behar Amerllahut, Fadil Demiri and Sheriff Kastrat, as they were seen in a video celebrating in Fatmir Limaj's odda the day he had won innocence from the tribunal in the case known as “MTPT”

Although two months have passed since the establishment of the Constitutional Prosecution Act in Gjakova-Dega Malisheva, it is still expected that initial sessions will be scheduled against the same ones.

The defendants at Limaj's party, following the prosecution's release for organised crime and abuse of duty, have been seen firing guns without control from the umbrella windows.

By these actions the accused allegedly committed the criminal work of ownership, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons, in succession.

For accused Sami Lushtaku, it is said that on the critical day without authorization, he held arms and ammunition in opposition to the law, and the same has fired several shots into the air with the weapon accepted by accused Behar Ammerlah.

While accused Behar Amerlah, Fadil Demiri and Sheriff Kastrati are charged with criminal acts of weapons held in possession and control without authorisation, which actions are contrary to the Law on Guns of the Republic of Kosovo.

For these actions, the prosecution has demanded that consecutive punishment be determined, the sequentified weapons permanently confiscated, and that their annihilation be done simultaneously.

All these weapons have been seized and found in the evidence drawer at the Malishev Police Station.
