Already, in addition to Deputy Prime Minister Dardan Gashi, former head of Sqaheraj Sami Lushtaku, and Deputy Prime Minister Limaj's cabinet chief, Andrew Shala, is suspected of unauthorised possession of weapons.
Gjakova's prosecutor has filed charges for allegedly controlling and unauthorized possession of weapons, as well as Behar Amerllahut, Fadil Demiri and Sheriff Kastrat, as they were seen in a video celebrating in Fatmir Limaj's odda the day he had won innocence from the tribunal in the case known as “MTPT”

By these actions the accused allegedly committed the criminal work of ownership, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons, in succession.

While accused Behar Amerlah, Fadil Demiri and Sheriff Kastrati are charged with criminal acts of weapons held in possession and control without authorisation, which actions are contrary to the Law on Guns of the Republic of Kosovo.
For these actions, the prosecution has demanded that consecutive punishment be determined, the sequentified weapons permanently confiscated, and that their annihilation be done simultaneously.
All these weapons have been seized and found in the evidence drawer at the Malishev Police Station.
