Meanwhile, for Trepca's debts, former Kosovo Assembly President Muhamet Mustafa has said more are unpaid salaries of workers in the past system and debts of the Government of Kosovo than real debts.
The “in the statute is seen as not lead and Zink metallurgy, when it is known that the Law has introduced these. Trepca without metallurgy, cannot exist. The dilemma was to activate existing metallurgies, which were also damaged. Lead and Zinch metallurgy also have debts and have outdated technology”, he said.
According to Mustafa, good solutions must be found in the position of miners as regards retirement with other laws.
He has said Trepca's allegations of debt, more are claims than real debts.
“Debt has propaganda, about 80 per cent of them are demands of miners' salaries for exemptions from work in the past, 100m euros are in the Government of Kosovo, but there are also un-reputable debts”, said Muhamet Mustafa, professor of economy.
According to him, Trepca's claims and debts should not be an obstacle to its development. He has said that with Trepca's debts the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) should be taken over.
Professor Mustafa has said that it is not a problem to achieve economic growth of 4 percent, but according to him, economic growth for 2018 has had to grow to 6 percent.
