Fires in Shasta County are being engulfed by strong winds to form “torado fire” that are rooting out trees and overturning cars, fire rescue officials say.
Fire has destroyed at least 500 structures and forced thousands of people to abandon their homes, “reported. BBC”, report Periscope.
