Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has held his next conference, talking about dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
In the first minutes of the conference, President Thaci has not said anything new from other conferences. He has only reiterated his thanks for all of Kosovo society, as he said the broad dialogue he is conducting for negotiations with Serbia.
I want to thank you once again all those people who show their opinions very openly in support of the dialogue on the final support of the Kosovo agreement Serbia. Once again as president of the country, let me thank all political parties that are in favour of indiscriminately dialogue. I thank civil society and you media”, Thaci said, writes Periscopi.
“Vlerating that only with open and dynamic debates like these that are happening in recent days, they develop demographics and internal debate and empower the cultivation of a missing democracy. Now this is happening in Kosovo. So the culture of public debate is growing and we're approaching consensus as much as necessary and things as I want to point out how the country, as a country, we've gone through notable stages of various dialogue processes, negotiations, implementation of those agreements that we have implemented as a political spectrum.”, he said.
As with past conferences, Thaci has mentioned all the goods Kosovo has obtained from developing dialogue with Serbia since the Conference of Rambouillet, Vienna. It has again mentioned the political transition through which Kosovo has passed, including the organisation of free and democratic elections.
Again he spoke of the importance of unity between position and opposition.
“We have been able even then to be co-opposed, showing that we are together for the state's interest, managed to convince the world that Kosovo is a serious place with a serious and responsible political spectrum.
