This report has been submitted by the prime minister. It is a report that details the successes, challenges and difficulties in the dialogue process. It's a new culture of reporting”.

Tahiri has added that there is no alternative but dialogue.

“Dialog has no alternative and any other alternative weakens Kosovo. However, the “dialog for the eye of page”, without the agreements being implemented, is degradation. So far there has been no product, agreements are not being implemented and Brussels has failed to put pressure on”.
