The judge in charge of the Madrid Supreme Court, Pablo Larrena, has decided to withdraw the European arrest warrant for former Catalonian regional president Carles Puigdemont, became known in the Spanish capital on Thursday (19.07).
Landit Schleswig's court ruled a week ago that Puigdemont could be extradited to Spain, but only for allegedly misusing public money and not for rebellion, the main charge of Spanish justice. The German court would quickly decide on extradition.
