Serwer strongly rejects the idea of partitioning Kosovo: Belgrade is blowing that idea.

“I tried not to waste time to comment on CEAS' call for the partition of Kosovo and their ironic report, titled West Side Story. But the idea of separation seems to never die” wrote Serwer on his blog. He has directly charged Belgrade that he is inflating the idea.
