The Serbian state does not give clarification to Pacolli's refusal to demand.
While for Kosovo authorities, Serbia's behaviour has faced visits by Kosovo authorities to the territory of this state, once again it tells of the destabilising approach this state has towards Kosovo, KTV reports.
Pacolli's Senior Adviser, Jtlir Zyberaj, said Serbia's behaviour towards a visit that was good for peace and without provocative tendencies, testifies to that Serbia
Zyberaj, for this recently created situation, has warned that MPJ will send a written report to the EU High Representative's office, Frederica Moghrini on Monday morning.
While, in the Pacolli Ministry's response, it is said to be reasonable for Kosovo to maintain the right to reciprocal measures against Belgrade authorities under the Brussels Agreement.
“Anyway, we dedicate ourselves to the fundamental rights for free movement of people unless they're objectively bad”, the MPJ response says.
Pacolli was invited by the Bosnian National Council to visit Novi Pazar to talk about human rights.
While Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels had reached an agreement at the end of 2014 that the visits of officials from both states would be co-ordinated by the liaison offices located in Pristina and Belgrade, not including the European Union.
