It is controversial that Belgrade stands behind all of this, since President Aleksandar Vuciq after the meeting of the Council for National Security of Serbia, when Marko Djurovic was arrested, warned that Serbia would take all measures in its power and invited Serbs who had entered the Kosovo Security Force to abandon its ranks, Janjiq told Radio Free Europe in the Serbian language.
The short-term “argument is strengthening the position and showing that Belgrade has undisputed influence in Kosovo. So, to strengthen the position in the continuation of negotiations -- specifically from the aspect of the Serbian Communists' Association (Unity) --” -- is quoted as saying Janjaq, the Koha.net broadcasts.
