Released from Dibran Hoxha prison known as Cobra

News of KALLXO.com has confirmed his defence attorney, Avni Berisha.

According to lawyer Berisha, the court has approved his request and changed the security measure by releasing him from custody. This security measure has been replaced by presentations at the police station.

Lawyer Avni Berisha has said of KALLXO.com that today during the initial review hearing the court has approved his request and released Debra Hodza, charged with serious bodily injury.

“Today it was held initial hearings, and the judge after reviewing my request has decided to release my client from custody. The measure has been replaced with presentations at the” police station, lawyer Avni Berisha has said.

According to him, the injured side itself had also demanded several times to be released from the detention of accused Dibran Hoxha, after both sides have, according to him, reached reconciliation.

Debran Hoxha himself after his release wrote on his Facebook account “back to freedom of respect for the state of Kosovo”.

Debra Hoxha is being charged by the prosecution for serious bodily injury.

As reported KALLXO.com, Hoxha had attacked H.B. With stupca and sharp knifelike instruments and like on the surface of the body. The event, suspected by the nightclub manager “Cubra City” and two others, occurred on June 15th.

Since that day, Hoxha had been on the run until she was arrested by Prizren police.
