While in another photograph where Ladrovci is seen making the symbol of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, he says it is a photo to show how democratic it is.
The child, photographed by Ladrovci, had been the cause during the pre-election municipal assembly candidate, Adem Bucolli, had been sentenced to 5,000 euros by the CEC.
