Social Democratic Party MP Wisar Ymer has started the session with concern for dialogue with Serbia, saying Kosovo institutions are continuing dialogue without strategies and without putting red lines on non-negotiable topics.
He demanded that today be discussed in the Parliament on the question of dialogue.
