Today at 10:00, the Kosovo Women's Network ( S. The GK) organises peaceful protests before the tribunal's facility in Rahovec to seek justice for Antigona.
Under this protest it is urgently called for response by the Constitutional Court in Rahovec in the case of the late Antigona Morina and merit punishment for her death, Hilmi Zena. The same was declared innocent of the same court, while the complaint filed by the prosecution after that ruling had disappeared from officials at the Foundation Court in Rahovec”, said the RGK report.
Therefore, RGK seeks from Kosovo justice accountability and seriousness in handling this case, but also similar cases, in compliance with the Kosovo Criminal Code.
The deceased had died six years earlier because of constant bleeding, three days after the wedding. At the time, her husband, Hilmi Zena, has, except that she had not offered medical help, exacerbated her condition by continuing with her.
