The prosecution, near the Court of First Serious Crimes, has begun sequenting the assets of the former General Prosecutor, the Adriatic Llaa.
According to the Prosecutor, the assets seized are unwarranted.
Among the assets seized are
The residential apartment, with its surface of 67.2 m2 m, located in Durres;
Field land, 4,500 m2, located in Tirana;
Field land, area 12,300 m2, located in Tirana;
Land field, covering 3000 m2, happened in Tirana;
Field land, area 2250 m2, located in Tirana;
Judiciary Police near the Tirana State Police Directorate on the 2307.2018 has executed the judicial ruling on sequencing the above real estate.
The market value of the above real estate totals 98,772,000.
Prosecutorial Notice at First Criminal Court Tirana
The prosecution near the First Criminal Tribunal for Tirana, on the basis of acts coming in for painful competence by the prosecution near the First Scale Court of Durres, has registered criminal procurement No.65 year 2018, in charge of Adriatic national Llala, former General Prosecutor of the Republic of Albania.
Under preliminary investigations conducted concerning this criminal prosecution, in close co-operation with the judicial police at the Central Investigative Directorate, a series of investigative actions have been carried out by the State Police Department of Police.
As a result of the investigative actions committed, reasonable suspicions have been raised that some real estate owned by Adriatic citizens Lella constitutes products of criminal work.
With the decision No.179, the 2007.2018 of the First Criminal Court in Tirana, admission of the prosecution's request has been established, the deployment of the property insurance measure “prevent” for the following real estate:

Field land, 4,500 m2, located in Tirana;
Field land, area 12,300 m2, located in Tirana;
Land field, covering 3000 m2, happened in Tirana;
Field land, area 2250 m2, located in Tirana;

Further investigations are under way regarding this criminal prosecution in co-operation with the State Police Directorate's judicial police in Tirana.
