Presevo Valley to Join Kosovo

The “Albanians with the 1st and 2 March 1992 referendum have declared that we are for political-territorial autonomy with the right to join Kosovo. Perhaps it will be a historic moment of peaceful resolution of problems, as a particular example in the world, through recognition of Kosovo's independence, and both part of it and the Presevo Valley” Chairman [...]
Albanian Democratic Party Chairman Ragmi Mustafa has said it is the legitimate right of Albanians in the Presevo Valley to decide on their fate, which he underlines they have shown with the March 1st and 2nd 1992 referendum.
After meeting with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, former Presevo chairman, has stated that it is necessary to include the issue of Albanians in Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc in the final phase of talks between Kosovo and Serbia.
“We have long had meetings for problems affecting Albanians in the Presevo Valley. This is a rotating meeting with Kosovo's president to explain even more convincingly the need and necessity of resolving the Presevo Valley problem. Belgrade trumpetes that it is approaching resolving the problem between Kosovo and Serbia. We must say that Albanians have political capital that can be lived. And on alert to the solution to the problem between Kosovo and Serbia, why not solve the Presevo Valley”?
The “Albanians with the 1st and 2 March 1992 referendum have declared that we are for political-territorial autonomy with the right to join Kosovo. The request of the Presevo Valley Albanians is not a taze. It is political capital even at the time of the great pressure of the Balkan butcher, Slobodan Milosevic. Also, since it was formerly part of Kosovo and has been divided only by the oppression of the former Yugoslavia. We want the boundaries of the past to be restored, so that Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc are part of Kosovo”.
