People's Eye, the lawyer says Murat Yashar can commit suicide

The 10 accused in the case of “People's Office” are charged with acts of revenge in aid, violation, preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, ownership, control or unauthorized possession of arms and revenge.

According to the prosecution, the accused planned the destruction of the fundamental political, constitutional, economic or social structures of the Republic of Kosovo with attacks and murders of the highest state personalities, ranging from former Kosovo officials from 1980 to 1991, viewing them as betrayers of the country, as well as officials from 1999 to 2016.

In addition to Murat Jashar and Bajrush Konjusa, the other indictees of this trial are Avni Llumnica, Ragip Salova, Sadri Ramabaja, Rexhep Toplana, Bajrush Konjusa, Sabit Berisha, Halim Halimi, Bexhet Luzha and Lixhija.

The next session for the “People's Office” case is set to be held on 13 July.
