Ergys Murray occasionally appears on TV as a professor, sociologist or even as a DP supporter.
Today, he seems to be excited about what is happening in Greece, making a very shocking statement.
As 80 victims and hundreds injured among them and many children are so far counted, Murray calls for Albanians not to solidify.
He calls the sensationalisation of Albanians meaningless, where he says Greeks are bad neighbours and curse for us.
But even saying that we're better off with the Greeks because they're our neighbours, it's meaningless. If it's neighbor they've been bad neighbors for us.
They've taken our territory, killed us, persecuted, expelled from our homes and still deny their crimes.
Of course, I can tell the simple Greek from his country's chauvinist policies and do not blame every Greek on them, writes Murray.

I regret every life lost in Greece. Death is terrible and sad wherever you see it.
Human solidarity should stand above our ethnic, racial or ideological differences. But even saying that we're better off with the Greeks because they're our neighbours, it's meaningless. If it's neighbor they've been bad neighbors for us. They've taken our territory, killed us, persecuted, expelled from our homes and still deny their crimes.
Of course, I can distinguish ordinary Greek from his country's chauvinist policies and do not blame every Greek on them. So I say that solidarity and empathy that is addressed to man as a human being should not be confused with collective notions of ethnic-political entities as neighboring. If it's for neighboring Greeks it's been historically a curse to us.
