Obilic Law expected to be implemented by January next year

This is said today at the meeting of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and the Parliamentary Group of Communists, aimed at professional, technical and political support for mayors in the process of drafting next year's budget and re-assigning opportunities, strategic projects of municipalities which are funded from the Kosovo Government budget their presentation and realisation, reviewing the possibilities of resolving the challenge of limited municipal staff, and especially in health and education.
Haradinaj and his staff asked the mayors to submit those requirements that are being charged with the 2018/2019 budget, at the ministry and Government. While in addition to the additional staff, re-assignment, projects that should be completed this year and new projects for next year, Obilic leader Xhafer Gashi before the prime minister and attendees imposed the Law on Obilqi, his implementation and the importance he has for citizens in all areas seen by this law.
“Prime Minister and Deputy Finance Minister agreed that the Law will be implemented by January 2019”, said in communique.
