The Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned a month's detention to indictee F.K. because of allegedly committing criminal acts Misuse of official office or authority and incumbent fraud.
There is no doubt that defendant F. K, in the quality of the official person, has exploited official position or authority, in order for yourself to bring illegal property benefits.
The court has found that the request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendant F. K is the adequate and necessary measure in this phase of procedure, for ensuring his presence in criminal procedure and the unhindered development of the procedure.
The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
