The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure to defendants Liridon Uruki in length of 1 month.
The defendant allegedly on July 28th in the live-acted village of Bresalz has now deprived the dead Fatlind Arifi of a 762mm calibration brand TT gun, striking toward the deceased at a distance of 4m 5m, in case he hit the left side of the chest.
By this act the defendant has committed criminal acts of murder and possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
