There is doubt based on the fact that on July 27, 2018, around 21:20 on the “ceptrem Rex” neighbourhood of “Arberia” in Pristina, the defendant without authorization had possessed narcotics with the intention of selling or distribution so that the same during the check in his apartment, 9 packages filled with suspected narcotics substance of marijuana have been found.
This amount of drugs after weight has resulted in 11 kilograms of 376.3 grams and has been seized by police in order to examine and determine the exact type of narcotics.
The court has found that the request for the appointment of the detention measure against indictees L. S. It is the adequate and necessary measure in this phase of procedure, for ensuring its presence in criminal procedure and the unhindered development of the procedure.
