Minister Luka was charged that in the quality of the senior official at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), at the same time head of the Investment Promotive Agency, on March 23rd 2014, had initiated procedures for pledging the equipment worth 20 thousand euros to the Non-Government Organisation (OJQ) “Jakov Innovation Center”, in which the NGO was founder.
