Lumez: War Crimes Indictees Could Be Tried in Lack

At our joint meeting, the head of this prosecution has also been discussed on subjects inherited from EULEX and war crimes cases.
Special Prosecutor Reshat Milaku has also been asked about the investigation into the murder of Serbian politician from the north, Oliver Ivanovic, whose case he has said are still under procedure by the prosecutor, in co-operation with the police.
While in connection with the trial of war crimes cases, chief prosecutor Lumez has spoken of the possibility of being tried in absentia, even though this is not allowed with Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code.
