After meeting with Vuciq, Thaci has stated it has been a difficult meeting, but says dialogue is the only way to find solutions and says he hopes Serbia will realise as soon as it is a dream that Kosovo is part of Serbia.
Thaci has also been asked by foreign journalists about this meeting, and his English response was this:
It was very much meeting, very significant, the default is that we have since...size six years, because even seven Serbia think that Kosovo is part of Serbia, it is just right for them because Kosovo is sovereign country and we wish to find the solution. Next days, weex and months I see more disobedience in this process but still I see light in the end of the tunnel.
Which in Albanian means:
It was a very short, very difficult, difficult meeting because we have six years and Serbia continues to think that Kosovo is part of Serbia. But it is only a dream because Kosovo is an independent and sovereign state and we will work to find a solution. Next week, the coming months and days will be more difficult in this process, but I still see light at the end of the tunnel.
