LDK MP victimised: I was sentenced for personal revenge

Democratic League of Kosovo MP (LDK) and businessman Ramiz Kelmendi, the sentence ATK has pronounced his company “ELKOS” called “ermet”. “It's an earthquake, more than fine, when high value of punishment is being questioned in a poor state like Kosovo, against a developing company”, said [...]
“This is an earthquake, more than fine, when high value of punishment is being questioned in a poor state like Kosovo, against a developing company”, Kelmendi said on the “Debat Plus” show at RTV Dukajni.
Kelmendi has said the punishment from the AKP has come four years after the contract is completed for the purchase of “Family-s” by ELCOS.
“AKP and ELCOS have signed an agreement for the company “Famipa”. The contract has been based on two points: no movement of machinery and preservation of the production process. For three years as much as the contract predicted, the machine hasn't moved, and with a single machine that was in operation there hasn't been five years we haven't had enough, as much as we can and as the market has asked for”.
According to Kelmendi, the sentence has come from Ekrem Hajdari, then deputy director of customs, for personal revenge.
Ekrem Hajdari was then deputy director of Customs. I had earned the right to divide Malboro. He, without asking anyone, has sent a letter to the MorrisPhilip, that ELKOS has precedents in customs, and has given his family the right to gain the distribution of Malboro, knowing they have had proven precedents”, Klemendi stated, considering this personal revenge.
“Hidari continues to be in favour of the interests of political clans”, he said further.
Kelmendi says that in 2014, he no longer had commitment from ATK to the object of the former company “Family” and then it was all over.
Businessman and MP Kelmendi has said the AKP does not clearly specify the fulfillment of commitments by the buyer.
