Six people died five of them family members. Koci through a post on social networks has indicated that Kosovo police should be tougher in terms of punishments and controls for vehicles and management.
This is Kosovo lawyer Arian Koci's full post:
1.
Kosovo police must be more rigorous.
The removal of a five-member family in a traffic accident is an alarm for Kosovo society.
It's just unacceptable to have so many victims, and so many accidents in communications.
Our citizens are dying in communications, we're almost in a state of war.
2.
A lack of general culture resulted in a lack of culture in communications.
If a person doesn't have normal communication with anyone; he does all his work with political, family, or violence; he is a capade, and he boasts about those behaviors, of course he is in communication.
If a person doesn't wait in order, he doesn't prioritize the year or the pregnancy. Are you thinking he respects the advantage in communication?
Moreover, this behavior is not being punished, and it has gradually become the norm.
Bring model.
Chaos in politics, economy and judicial system, detects chaos in communications
3.
Kosovo police should nevertheless add preventive and punitive measures. We have no choice.
So zero tolerance for driving:
Under the influence of alcohol;
With over speed;
With phone use.
Once, political driving should also be stopped by police, with rotary lights and sirens. They're causing chaos in communications, commitment and accidents from time to time.
