It has been commemorated by Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti, adding that the “Delegata gathered outside the Parliament's doors because they were not allowed to enter it, in terms of the repression of power of Serbia”.
He has said that with the proclamation of the Constitutional Declaration, they first gave the Republic of Kosovo form and content as a republic-for-resistance.
The statement mentions the most important concepts, “the political establishment” and “the authentic democracy”, as the basis of modern statehood, republic and democratic though under occupation. Paradoxically, in freedom and with declared independence, in the second Republic, which has now turned into a decade, arbitrariity and denial of democracy and self-determination appeared. This obliges us to advance our project for the Third Republic, where freedom will finally join democracy, self-rule, development of justice”, Kurti wrote on his Facebook profile.
“I hope that the Prime Minister and Chief Parliamentary will not perform any organization or ceremony today. After the failed ceremony for the 140th anniversary of the Prizren League will only cause once anxiety and then the disappointment of citizens” is over.
