The government has also boasted about them in the labour report for the ten-month period, approved Friday, writes Koha Ditore today.
But the executive has so far failed to make the FAK or make the KSF with an army mandate. She has violated the deadlines she herself had set for proceeding in the country of a law with which Kosovo would become an army. Even now she doesn't know when she'll give her epilogue to the case.
Based on the 2018 legislative programme, April 30th set the most remote date when the executive would proceed to the Parliament with the Bill on Armed Forces (FAK).
The bill, which has been drafted for years last November, had come into public consultation and circulated within ministries, to pass procedures related to financial costs and to compliance with European Union legislation. Even so, the Bill has not yet appeared before the government cabinet.
At the same time, other finalised documents are mentioned in the Government's Labour Report on behalf of KSF transformation.
