Kosovo Serbs, with four types of passports

For Kosovo Serbs, the news of possible visa liberalisation for Kosovo is largely positive, even though this topic, in both private and public discourse, is ignored. The DW in the Serbian language has given the reason why it might be so. Serbs from Kosovo currently have three kinds of passports, while now they have the opportunity to have the fourth, Kosovo, the German radio.
First of all, it's biometric passports that were given in the Rashka by 2009, and why passports are recorded by Kosovo cities and gave them “in” under the visa-free regime.
The second type of passports is one that has given the so-called Co-ordination Administration after August 2009 and that does not fall into the visa-free regime, which means they cannot travel without visas. These passports are said to be second ranking. The European Commission had then argued with the illegal potential migration, but also with the inability of Serbia to guarantee the true notes on these travel documents. By July 2016, this administration issued 97,809 passports.
The third type of passports are the standard Serbian passports that the citizens of Serbia have received by lying about their residence in Serbia. Owners of these passports have the same regime as they have so far, as they have been able to travel visa-free even before liberalisation for citizens and Kosovo.
Besides these, Kosovo passports are in circulation, which still possess a very small number of Serbs. And when liberalisation happens, travel with them will be easier.
