Four northern municipalities continue to fail to implement the Property Tax Law. Northern Mitrovica, Leposaviqi, Zubin-Potoku and Zvecani have failed to collect any cent of the property tax, which is the main source of municipal revenues.
This is listed in the National Audition Office Report, under which these municipalities “have zero percent of revenues from tax “, writes “Koha Ditore”.
The report has found that Kosovo municipalities during 2017 have managed to realise 43 percent of income from property tax.
