It's Novo-Sello municipality mayor Boro Stoychev under suspicion of cigarette smuggling.
He was caught last night with his wife and son and another accomplice.
Yesterday's ban was accompanied by gunfire. Two cars loaded with smuggled cigarettes are suspected.
