“The actions and clashes of the members of the Communist Assembly at today's session conflict with democratic values and norms in which the work of the Assembly should be held. The engagement of members of the assembly should be in representation of interests, raising citizens' issues and concerns, so any overcoming this principle violates the mandate and responsibility of the adviser as representative of citizens”, said this communiqué.
According to this announcement KDI calls on members of Prizren's Municipal Assembly to refrain from denigration, verbal and physical attacks.
The “currently calls for the head of the Communist Assembly to use full respect for the work regulation and to take adequate measures against members of this institution that use denigrative languages and verbal and physical attacks on members of the province”, the communiqué concludes.
