The Infrastructure Minister has completed judicial conflict with “Infracosin” which allows the unlocking of the work in the M9 road segment, at the entrance of the town of Pec. The “Today closed an issue of enormous importance for the development of road infrastructure in the Pec region. After several years of extension and judicial confrontations between the two public institutions, the Infrakos .a Public Company and the Ministry of Infrastructure, agreement was reached on resolving judicial conflict and unlocking the continued work on the M9 road segment, at the entrance of Pec”, wrote Lekaj, broadcast Koha.net.
He added that, “with this agreement, we showed that public institutions should find common language for protecting interests within their legal competencies, but also promoting general interest in developing the country”.
Now there are no obstacles to continuing operations in the M9 road segment and expanding the road to the entrance of Pec.
