The Social Democrat Initiative MP Zafir Berisha has announced this.
“Based on Article 79 of the Republic Constitution, Article 53 of the Law of the Parliament, Article 5, paragraph 1, point 2, and Article 8 of Law No 04/L-025 for the legislative initiative. The Republic of Kosovo's Parliament is prosecuted for review and approval, the Bill for Cleaning the image of senior officials in public institutions and elected”, he has announced in his Facebook profile.
MP Berisha, authorised by the group of signatory deputies, will present and reason the bill on cleansing the image of senior officials in public institutions and elected at the plenary Assembly session in which this bill will be considered.
